This shoe was relatively comfortable, especially for the heel height. The ankle straps provided excellent support. Wide straps in the front were comfortable for toes and I received MANY compliments on them. I am very pleased. Although I bought these for a specific occasion, I intend to continue to wear them as often as I can!
