Comfortable but not for tight fitting shoes; for any insert leave extra room.

My feet are a size 6.5 but wide due to foot surgery. I am rarely able to wear heels due to the pain in the ball of my foot.

The gel pads are really soft, but they're so thick that when I put them into my shoes, the shoes are too small for my feet. I wouldn't recommend these unless you knew you had a little extra room in your shoes.

these gel pads are so soft. i could really tell a difference when i put them in my shoe. unfortunately, they make my shoes a little to tight, so i don't think i can wear them on my wedding day. however, i have other shoes i have already used them in. i cant believe what my feet have been missing all this time!!
