I put these petals in most of my shoes. They keep me from slipping forward and make my shoes more comfortable. I try to put them in all my high heels.

When wearing heels so many times my foot would slip down and my toes hang off the end- not with these keeps your feet firmly in the shoe- they wont slip down.
